"A Few Weeks Back, I Ordered from Carbzone"
A few weeks back, I ordered from Carbzone. My previous experiences were fine, but this time my order seems to be 'lost.' I reached out twice and got a response from someone named Imara Munasinha, who said I’d get a replacement if needed. Funny enough, that hasn’t shown up either, and now I’m just being ignored. What a total joke of a company! I won’t be shopping with them again, and I’m planning to contact Visa for a refund.

Update: I chatted with someone on live support, and they claimed my order was marked as completed (which is a total lie). They mentioned that the replacement order was put on hold automatically, which is why it didn’t ship out (apparently, their system does that). They said it was now set for next-day delivery, but guess what? That didn’t come through either, and as usual, no tracking info. I’ve filed a dispute with Visa. Total scammers!

"Crispbreads showed up all broken, totally useless."
The crispbreads came in a bunch of bits. I reached out to customer service for a refund or a replacement after I sent them some pictures. Here’s what they said: "The smaller bits are generally a perfect mouthful and should be enjoyed as is or with some topping of your choosing. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED IN SMALLER PIECES." But honestly, those smaller bits are just crumbs and you can't put any topping on them. I definitely wouldn’t suggest these to anyone.

"I’d give zero stars if I could"
I’d give zero stars if I could. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a clueless company. My order went missing, and to cut a long story short, I’ve been in touch with them for weeks about this issue. They just told me to hang tight, and my order was sent out, but it was missing one item that was out of stock. Once again, no delivery came, so I checked in again and asked to file a complaint. Their complaint handling process is supposed to be standard for any decent company, but all I got was a generic ‘thank you for your patience’—as if it’s not obvious that my patience has run out. After being reassured multiple times that my order was on its way, I still hadn’t received a refund for the out-of-stock item. Eventually, I got a tracking number for the items that were supposedly resent ‘last week,’ but surprise, surprise—the shipping order was only created just minutes before. Not only is their customer service nonexistent, but they’re also dishonest. Stay away from this place.

"Avoid Carb Zone: Terrible Products and Service"
Steer clear of Carb Zone. Their customer service is just awful, and the food? It's downright disgusting. I haven't come across a single item that tastes good or is worth the money. The bread is just gross; I can barely get it down because of the flavor. Plus, they make it look way bigger in the photos than it really is. Honestly, the bread is so small, it’s no surprise it’s low carb—there’s barely a mouthful there. Just grab any supermarket bread and chop it into quarters; that’s about the same size as what you get from Carb Zone.

You can find low carb options on Amazon and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.

The prices are sky-high, and the customer service is terrible. They don’t take any responsibility for the delivery service, so if your order gets lost or is late—even by six weeks—they just wash their hands of it. No free returns or even a chance to send stuff back.

To top it off, my order showed up three weeks late, despite me paying for premium service. I didn’t even get a sorry or a discount on my next purchase; it felt like pulling teeth just to get any sort of response.

"AVOID CARBZONE AT ALL COSTS!"
Listen up, folks! If you're thinking about grabbing some keto products, steer clear of Carbzone. I really wish I hadn't placed an order with them. They promised delivery in 2-3 days, but here I am, over a week later, with nothing to show for it. They haven't even bothered to package or send my order, and when I reached out for answers, they said it was all about fraud protection. Can you believe that? Now I'm stuck deciding whether to cancel my order or just sit around waiting for my stuff. Seriously, take my advice and heed these warnings—don't make the same mistake I did!

"Terrible experience with this company"
This company is just the worst! Seriously, steer clear! I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I placed an order two weeks back and received three notifications saying they attempted delivery, but no one was around. The thing is, I work from home and didn’t see a delivery person at all. When I reached out via email, they claimed the package was lost and promised to send a replacement. I thought that was fair, but that was last week, and I’m still waiting. I tried contacting them through chat twice to let them know I hadn’t received anything, but they completely ghosted me. No replies at all! I’ve paid for my order and still have nothing. This is beyond frustrating, and I’m left with no option but to consider legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. The customer support for a totally wrecked big order is just unbelievable. They act like you're trying to pull a fast one and then totally brush you off. I’ve got no choice but to consider legal action. This whole ordeal was so outrageous that I’m honestly scared to even try their food.

We put in our order more than a month back and it’s still MIA! The customer support keeps telling us it 'will be sent out in a few days'! Just a heads up, even though it looks like a UK site, the only contact number has a Swedish code! Fingers crossed we get our refund quicker than we received our items, which honestly wouldn’t be hard at all.

"My order arrived with mouse bites"
I just got my order, and it’s been nibbled on by mice. There’s a huge hole in the box, and all the tortillas are either chewed up or the bags are ripped. I reached out to EVRI, the delivery service, but they’re not owning up to it. I also tried contacting Carbzone, but haven’t heard back yet. Calling this a 'disappointment' doesn’t even cut it. It’s downright gross and revolting. Either their storage area has a mouse problem, or it’s EVRI’s depot—either way, it’s just nasty!

"Total Rip-Off!"
The bread, labeled as white, is far from it! The slices are absurdly tiny, needing at least three to match one regular slice! The flavor is overly salty and reminds me of wet cardboard.

The crispbreads are just too tough to munch on... I had to break them down to a size I could actually fit in my mouth and then wait for them to soften up before I could chew. Once it's finally chewable, the taste just ain't worth the hassle!

I've tried a bunch of low carb options, and these are by far the worst... I seriously doubt the authenticity of the reviews on your site!

"CAUTION: Terrible Experience"
What a terrible experience! The items I ordered online arrived in the mail, but they were packed so poorly that there was no protection at all. The glass jam jar was shattered, and I was told I had to clean up the glass and jam from the other products myself, and that it should be okay to eat the rest. I only got a refund for the jam, and now I’m left to sift through broken glass to get to the rest of my stuff. I’ve kept the email about this and plan to use it to escalate my complaint. Just unbelievable!

"Steer Clear If You're Not in Sweden!"
If you're not in Sweden, steer clear!! UK customers are treated like they don't matter. I've been waiting two weeks for my order and have shot off several emails, but no reply. Tried that chat app too—total waste of time. I'm seriously thinking about filing a small claims against them in Sweden, just on principle. This company is really terrible!!

"Delivery took forever"
It took more than 3 weeks for my order to show up. After waiting 10 days, I shot them an email, and they got back to me saying one of the items was out of stock. I decided to follow their advice and proceed without that item, expecting a refund, but that never came through. In the end, it finally showed up after another 2 weeks. Totally useless, I won't be shopping here again.

"Truly the most terrible experience..."
This company is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. If I could, I'd give them zero stars, but sadly, the minimum is one. They never pick up the phone. Emails go unanswered. I've been trying to reach them for a week just to make an order, but no luck. I've even thought about going back to carbs! Just a dreadful, dreadful service!
